新医科背景下《临床研究方法学》课程体系建设的初步探索与实践

    Construction of Curriculum System of Clinical Research Methodology: Exploration and Practice

    • 摘要: 高质量临床研究是临床诊疗决策的最好证据来源,但我国的临床研究水平与发达国家仍有较大差距。临床研究方法学作为指导临床研究设计与实施的科学理论,是一门新兴交叉学科,其学科体系发展在我国仍处于起步阶段。建设并完善符合我国国情的临床研究方法学课程体系,对于提升我国临床研究水平,培养卓越临床医学科学家有非常重要的战略意义。本研究总结了中山大学肿瘤防治中心近年在临床研究方法学课程体系建设过程中的一些体会和实践经验,供同行参考。

       

      Abstract: Evidence from high-quality clinical research is important for clinical practice. However, the capacity of clinical research in China is currently behind that in developed countries significantly. As scientific theories guide the design, measurement, and evaluation of high-quality clinical research, clinical research methodology as an emerging interdisciplinary discipline is still in its early stage of development in China. It is strategically important and necessary to construct a curriculum system of clinical research methodology that coincides with the national educational systems of China, aiming to cultivate outstanding clinical scientists and improve the capacity of clinical research. This paper, therefore, summarized practical experiences in constructing the curriculum system of clinical research methodology at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center, which aimed to provide a reference for further innovation of the curriculum system in China.
