Abstract:
To address the recurring issue of laboratory safety incidents stemming from operator non-compliance with procedures and improper practices, this study underscores the significance of enhancing laboratory technical training for clinical medical graduate students. We delve into the existing challenges within experimental technology training and propose a series of measures. These measures included establishing dedicated training funds, fortifying the development of experimental technology teaching teams, augmenting the curriculum for experimental operation training, and optimizing teaching methodologies. These collective efforts aim to comprehensively enhance the proficiency of clinical medicine graduate students in experimental technology operations. This, in turn, supports the holistic advancement of graduate education within healthcare institutions, facilitates the more efficient execution of scientific research endeavors, and fosters the high-quality development of hospital-based research.
