Abstract: The medical experimental technician team of the hospital's public research platform is an important part of ensuring the safety and effectiveness of clinical research work. This article mainly discusses the current situation and problems of the construction of the experimental technician team and proposes countermeasures such as strengthening the construction of the experimental technology teaching team, enriching the teaching contents of experimental operation training, optimizing teaching methods, and setting up special training funds to improve the practical skills of clinical medical graduate students and provide better guarantees for the clinical and scientific research of the hospital.
