Abstract:
Because of the specialty of hematology and complex diseases, residents of standardized training in hematology often find it difficult to grasp the knowledge and is not conducive to the residents to carry out clinical work. In this paper, we analyzed the status quo of standardized residency training in hematology department, to improve the teaching level of hematology, and to improve the clinical competency of residents in the diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases. Through implementing a comprehensive orientation program, emphasizing procedural skill development, cultivating humanistic literacy, and adopting diversified teaching methodologies, we aim to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of teaching, and provide reference for optimizing resident training teaching in hematology department.
