Abstract: Acute left heart failure is a kind of cardiovascular severe deterioration with high mortality threatening patient’s life. In recent years, with the development of medical technology and drugs, the prognosis of patients has been greatly improved. In addition to the optional application of drug, some assist device is also indispensable. In this paper, we reviewed the general situation of the mechanical treatments in patients with acute left heart failure in recent years.
