    Introduction to the Methods Used in the Generation of the British Thoracic Society Guidelines for the Management of Pleural Diseases

    • 摘要: 胸膜疾病种类繁多,但对其进行系统探索和研究相应防治措施,较之肺病学则明显滞后.随着医学科学的发展,对胸膜疾病诊断和治疗方法的研究日渐增多,英国胸科协会(British Thoracic Society,BTS)于2003年制定了基于证据和一致性方法的胸膜疾病处理临床指引,涉及胸腔积液、气胸以及脓胸的诊断和治疗的方方面面,这也是迄今为止第一个关于胸膜疾病处理的临床指引.征得原作者同意后,现择其主要条目翻译如下,相信对临床工作会大有裨益。
