    中国人脂联素基因+276G/T单核苷酸多态性与冠心病相关性研究的Meta分析

    Meta Analysis on the Association between Adiponectin Gene +276G/T Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms and Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease in Chinese Population

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨中国人脂联素基因+276G/T单核苷酸多态性与冠心病的相关性。 方法 通过文献检索收集2011年12月以前完成或公开发表的中国人脂联素基因+276G/T多态性与冠心病相关性的病例对照研究,剔除不符合要求的文献,以漏斗图检验入选文献的偏倚性,并根据各入选文献结果的同质性检验结果进行数据合并,计算总比值比,Meta分析采用RevMan 4.2.2版软件。 结果 共5篇文献符合纳入条件,入选文献无明显偏倚,各文献间异质性检验显示有关+276G/T等位基因分布情况的文献之间无显著异质性(χ2=4.05,P=0.40)。 Meta分析显示+276G/T基因多态性与冠心病易感性呈相关性(比值比=2.07,95%可信区间1.47~2.92,P<0.000 1)。 结论 中国人群脂联素基因+276G/T单核苷酸多态性与冠心病具有相关性。

       

      Abstract: Objective To explore the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) in adiponectin gene +276G/T and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in Chinese population. Methods Searched relative case-control studies before December 2011, tested publishing bias with funnel plot and meta-analysis with RevMan 4.2.2 software. Results Five case-control studies about +276G/T polymorphism that were based on our inclusion criteria and available in the literature were reviewed. Meta-analysis demonstrated no significant heterogeneity among the studies about allele +276G/T distribution(χ2=4.05, P=0.40), and significant association between the +276G/T SNP and susceptibility of coronary disease in the Chinese population(OR=2.07, 95%CI 1.47~2.92, P<0.000 1). Conclusion The current meta-analysis demonstrates a correlation between +276G/T SNP and coronary disease in Chinese population.
