Abstract
Objective This study is designed to assess hemodialysis patients with HBV’quality of life and its influencing factors. Methods The quality of life of the 44 hemodialysis patients with HBV(hepatitis B group) and 31 ordinary hemodialysis patients(ordinary group) is measured with SF-36 scales. Through the Spearman correlation analysis, the significant variables (P=0.035) will be selected as potential variables putting in the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis to test. Results The scores of hepatitis B group are significantly lower than the scores of ordinary group in the dimension of mental health (MH),(64.82±3.08)vs.(74.71±3.33),P=0.035. The maniple linear stepwise regression model showed the variable of blood phosphorus and gyrated hemoglobin were significant to influence the mental health, with their standardized coefficient -0.295 (P=0.020) and -2.365 (P=0.037) respectively. Conclusion The mental health in the hepatitis B patients with maintenance hemodialysis is different from that of ordinary dialysis patients. The diabetes mellitus and the chronic bone metabolic abnormalities would affect the patient*s quality of life. It is important to strengthen psychological intervention for hemodialysis patients with HBV.
