Evidence-Based Treatment for A Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis Patient

Objective To develop an evidence-based treatment strategy for a patient with toxic epidermal necrolysis（TEN）. Methods A research was performed to collect the evidences in MEDLINE （PubMed, Jun 2007 to Dec 2016） and Cochrane Library （Issue 10, 2016）. Results A total of 3 guidelines, 2 meta-analysis, 4 clinical controlled trials and 2 multicenter studies were identified. A treatment strategy was developed upon these evidences. Conclusion Evidence-based treatment is able to improve the efficacy of TEN.
