Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation training in emergency surgery for ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods 107 surgical members were included in a self - controlled study. First aid knowledge and procedures of abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture surgery were trained, including theoretical knowledge of abdominal aortic aneurysm, training and assessment of first aid skills, and the implementation of scenario simulation training. Compare the preoperative preparation time, first aid theoretical knowledge and assessment score before and after the training. Results Compared with before training, the average preoperative preparation time were significantly shortened in the hand washing nurses(t=4.623, P=0.04) and the tour nurses(t=5.053, P=0.02) after training. The average score of first aid theoretical knowledge(t=10.259, P=0.02),chest compression technique (t=5.856, P=0.04), use of breathing sacs (t=5.587, P=0.03), use of defibrillator (t=8.506,P=0.03) were significantly increased after training. Conclusion Scenario simulation training can effectively improve the emergency theory, skills and cooperation ability of emergency operation team for ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm, and strive for emergency time for patients.
