    2025 Annual Progress in Gastric Cancer and Colorectal Cancer

    • In 2025, significant progress has been made in the perioperative period, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and other fields for gastrointestinal tumors. These breakthroughs have been validated through large-scale phase Ⅲ clinical trials and guideline updates, providing more effective end-to-end management strategies for gastrointestinal tumor patients. This article mainly starts with two major types of tumors, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer, and focuses on the update of clinical research in 2025. It provides a review from three aspects: perioperative treatment, advanced stage precision treatment, and specific molecular subtyping treatment.
