Abstract:
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) LINC02163 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues.
Methods Collect 80 cases of NSCLC patients with postoperative cancer tissues and adjacent tissues as samples. qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of lncRNA LINC02163 in the tissue samples, and analyze the relationship between the expression of lncRNA LINC02163 and the clinical characteristics of patients. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the clinical value of lncRNA LINC02163 in the diagnosis of NSCLC.
Results The relative expression of lncRNA LINC02163 in NSCLC tissue was (1.27±0.14), which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (0.19±0.02) (
P<0.001). The higher the TNM stage, the higher the expression of lncRNA LINC02163 in the tissues of NSCLC patients with lymph node metastasis(
P<0.001). The area under the curve (AUC) of lncRNA LINC02163 in the diagnosis of NSCLC was 0.857 95%confidence interval (CI) 0.829~1.894, and the Youden index was 0.762, and the diagnostic sensitivity was 94.15%, and the specificity was 87.62%.
Conclusions In NSCLC tissue, lncRNA LINC02163 was highly expressed, and its expression level may be related to the occurrence and progression of non-small cell lung cancer.
