非小细胞肺癌组织中长链非编码RNA LINC02163的表达及临床意义

    Expression and Clinical Significance of Long Non-Coding RNA LINC02163 in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨长链非编码RNA(long chain non-coding RNA,lncRNA)LINC02163在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。 方法 收集80例NSCLC患者术后癌组织及癌旁组织作为样本,应用qRT-PCR法分别检测组织样本中lncRNA LINC02163的表达量,并分析其与患者临床特征的关系,应用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线分析lncRNA LINC02163诊断NSCLC的临床价值。 结果 NSCLC组织中lncRNA LINC02163的相对表达量为(1.27±0.14),明显高于癌旁组织(0.19±0.02)(P<0.001);TNM分期越高、出现淋巴结转移的NSCLC患者组织中lncRNA LINC02163的表达显著升高(P<0.001);lncRNA LINC02163预测诊断NSCLC的曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)为0.857(95%可信区间0.829~1.894),约登指数为0.762,诊断敏感性为94.15%,特异性为87.62%。 结论 NSCLC组织中lncRNA LINC02163呈高表达,其表达水平可能与NSCLC的发生进展有关。

       

      Abstract: Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) LINC02163 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues. Methods Collect 80 cases of NSCLC patients with postoperative cancer tissues and adjacent tissues as samples. qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of lncRNA LINC02163 in the tissue samples, and analyze the relationship between the expression of lncRNA LINC02163 and the clinical characteristics of patients. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the clinical value of lncRNA LINC02163 in the diagnosis of NSCLC. Results The relative expression of lncRNA LINC02163 in NSCLC tissue was (1.27±0.14), which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (0.19±0.02) (P<0.001). The higher the TNM stage, the higher the expression of lncRNA LINC02163 in the tissues of NSCLC patients with lymph node metastasis(P<0.001). The area under the curve (AUC) of lncRNA LINC02163 in the diagnosis of NSCLC was 0.857 95%confidence interval (CI) 0.829~1.894, and the Youden index was 0.762, and the diagnostic sensitivity was 94.15%, and the specificity was 87.62%. Conclusions In NSCLC tissue, lncRNA LINC02163 was highly expressed, and its expression level may be related to the occurrence and progression of non-small cell lung cancer.
