酪氨酸对心理应激所致人类行为学改变的干预作用的系统综述

    Systematic Review of the Effect of Tyrosine Administration on Behavioral Alterations Caused by Psychological Stress in Human

    • 摘要: 目的 运用循证医学系统综述方法评价酪氨酸对心理应激所致各种行为学改变的干预作用。 方法 按照制定的检索策略,通过检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学数据库、中国科技期刊数据库、万方数字化全文期刊、维普全文数据库及中国医学学术会议论文数据库,以及MEDLINE、EMBASE、SCIENCEDIRECT、SPRINGERLINK、PubMed数据库,筛查符合纳入标准的文献,进行质量评价和系统综述。 结果 本次研究分析了符合纳入标准的临床试验7篇,其中高质量的6篇,中等质量的1篇,由于现有文献的同质性较差,不符合Meta分析的条件,因而本次研究只采用了定性的系统综述分析方法,结果显示: ①酪氨酸可以减轻各种由心理应激所致的躯体症状及行为学改变;②酪氨酸和心理应激两因素间具有交互作用。 结论 酪氨酸对心理应激及生理心理应激所致的躯体不适症状、认知能力损害及负性情绪具有保护作用,但其作用的程度及其机制尚不清楚;酪氨酸与心理应激在对被试的行为影响方面具有交互作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective To integrate existing data and analyze the effect of dietary tyrosine supplement on deficits, emotional disorders and physical symptoms induced by psychological stressor in human. Methods Relevant research information was collected from various authentic databases such as China Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Biomedical Databases,Wanfang Digital Journals,VIP Full-text Database,China Medical Academic Conference and MEDLINE, EMBASE, SCIENCEDIRECT, SPRINGERLINK, PubMed databases by literature study, assess the quality of the studies and the data were integrated using methods of evidence-based medicine. Results Seven qualified clinical trials were adopted in this study, among which six were of high quality and one was of medium quality. The qualitative systematic review rather than the meta-analysis were conducted in this study as the clinical trials adopted were heterogenous in various aspects, findings from present clinical trials shown that Tyrosine supplement may relieve the abnormal physical symptoms and behaviors caused by various psychological stressors, in addition, there was interaction between Tyrosine supplement and psychological stressors. Conclusions The Tyrosine supplement on psychological stressor-induced cognitive and emotional defects is protective, and there is interaction between Tyrosine supplement and psychological stressors. More homogeneous researches are needed to elucidate this protective effect quantitatively, while further researches are expected to explore the potential mechanism.
