Abstract: Many quality of life assessment tools for allergic rhinitis have been developed and applied. In this paper, on the basis of comprehensive literature searches, and from the aspects of types, basic characteristics, target population and measurement properties, we conducted a systematic review of the quality of life assessment tools which had been applied in patients with allergic rhinitis. We developed an evaluation criterion for the quality of life measurements of allergic rhinitis, and it had been applied to classify the rating of included tools on different aspects. Our study will benefit scientific and reasonable application of the quality of life assessments in clinical practices and researches.
