Evidence-Based Treatment for A Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis Patient

摘要: 目的为1例中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者制定有效的循证治疗方案。方法在充分分析患者病情的基础上,计算机检索MEDLINE（2007年6月至2016年12月）和Cochrane图书馆（2016年第10期）。结果共检索出治疗指南3篇,Meta分析2篇,临床对照试验4篇,多中心研究2篇。根据所获证据为患者制定治疗方案。结论采取循证医学方法,为中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者制定合理的治疗方案,可有效提高治疗效果。

Abstract: Objective To develop an evidence-based treatment strategy for a patient with toxic epidermal necrolysis（TEN）. Methods A research was performed to collect the evidences in MEDLINE （PubMed, Jun 2007 to Dec 2016） and Cochrane Library （Issue 10, 2016）. Results A total of 3 guidelines, 2 meta-analysis, 4 clinical controlled trials and 2 multicenter studies were identified. A treatment strategy was developed upon these evidences. Conclusion Evidence-based treatment is able to improve the efficacy of TEN.
