    • 摘要: 目前冠状动脉疾病的发病率越来越高,已成为全球的主要死亡原因。高密度脂蛋白是一种对冠心病起保护作用的因子,可能与其在胆固醇逆向转运中的作用有关。三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体 A1参与胆固醇逆向转运和高密度脂蛋白生成的起始阶段,在这两个过程中发挥关键作用。本文就三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体 A1的相关研究进展作一综述。

       

      Abstract: Incidence of coronary artery disease (CAD) is high, CAD has become the world's leading causes of death. High-density lipoprotein (HDL) is a protective factor for CAD and may be related to its role in the reverse transport of cholesterol. ATP binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) is involved in the initial stage of cholesterol reverse transport and HDL formation, and plays a key role in these two processes.This article reviews the related research of ABCA1.
