    循证思维在临床检验带教中的应用

    Brief Discussion about the Application of Evidence-Based Thinking in Teaching for Clinical Medicinal Laboratory

    • 摘要: 医学检验临床带教中引入并实践循证检验医学模式,结合临床诊断、患者基本资料分析检验结果的可信性,向临床医师提供反映患者真实情况的证据。充分挖掘学生的潜能,培养其分析和解决问题的能力,适应科学发展的需求,同时提高老师的带教质量和水平,达到教与学双赢的效果。

       

      Abstract: We applied and practiced the evidence-based laboratory medicine model in the teaching for clinical exercitation and analyzed the creditability of test results by integrating clinical diagnosis and the basic patient data, providing the evidence of patient’s true state for clinicians, which could train students to adapt to the demand of development in science and help to tap the students’ potential fully, standardized medical practice, cultivate the students’ ability of analysis, judgment and management of problem, and also could enhance the teachers’ teaching ability, so as to achieve a win-win situation for both the teachers and students.
