Abstract: Objective To introduce the application of hierarchical summary receiver operating characteristic（HSROC） model in meta-analysis of diagnostic test. Methods We conducted meta-analysis to fit HSROC model by using the metandi command in Stata through the data of examples. Results The bivariate, HSROC parameter estimates and the summary point of estimates for traditional meta-analysis were obtained. Conclusions The HSROC model is appropriate and agile for diagnostic test, and could be used as an extension and improvement of the traditional SROC.
