    中国人群载脂蛋白E基因多态性与2型糖尿病相关性的荟萃分析

    Meta-Analysis: Association of Apolipoprotein E Gene Polymorphism with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Chinese Population

    • 摘要: 目的 评估载脂蛋白E基因多态性与2型糖尿病之间的相关性。 方法 应用RevMan 5 软件对中国人群18项相关研究进行了荟萃分析,共纳入2 790例2型糖尿病患者,3 725例对照。 结果 荟萃分析结果显示,ε4等位基因携带者易患2型糖尿病(比值比1.27,95%可信区间1.02~1.58),ε2等位基因携带者同2型糖尿病的发病风险没有显著性关联(比值比1.05,95%可信区间0.89~1.24)。按合并冠心病与否进行分层分析后发现: 合并冠心病的ε4等位基因携带者更易患2型糖尿病(比值比2.94,95%可信区间2.10~4.11),而不合并冠心病者同2型糖尿病的发病风险没有关联(比值比0.75,95%可信区间0.44~1.27)。 结论 载脂蛋白E基因多态性与2型糖尿病相关,合并冠心病的ε4等位基因携带者更易患2型糖尿病。

       

      Abstract: Objective To investigate the association between apolipoprotein E(ApoE) gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods We performed a meta-analysis of 18 studies in Chinese population comprising 2 790 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and 3 725 control subjects investigating the ApoE gene polymorphism. Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan version 5. Results An overall odds ratio of 1.27 95% confidence intervals (CI)1.02~1.58 was found for ApoEε4 carriers, which was 1.05 (95% CI 0.89~1.24) for ApoEε2 carriers. Odds ratios in patients without coronary heart diseases attenuated towards the null(OR 0.75,95%CI 0.44~1.27), unlike those in patients with coronary heart diseases(OR 2.94, 95%CI 2.10~4.11). Conclusions ApoE gene polymorphism may represent a modest but significant risk factor for type 2 diabetes. ApoEε4 carriers especially in patients with coronary heart diseases are more susceptible to type 2 diabetes mellitus.
